2015管理分析国际论坛（International Forum for Management Analysis，INFMA）学术会议于2015年11月18日至20日在重庆成功举行。论坛旨在提供一个高质量的管理分析理论与实践的国际交流平台，以推动管理分析与信息化咨询服务在社会经济发展中的积极应用。来自包括瑞士、瑞典、丹麦、韩国、新加坡、美国、英国等在内的国内外著名大学或科研机构的100多名与会代表参加了会议。本书收集了论坛报告中的部分论文，分9个专题编辑成册，以飨关心管理分析与咨询服务事业的读者。专题分别为谈判与冲突管理，管理创新与研究方法，企业管理与运营管理，公司评估与治理，应用系统分析，供应链与物流管理，数量经济与金融分析，电子商务与互联网+，博弈与策略。
